Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales/commercial area, with a particular focus on Information Technology;
• Higher education will be an asset;
• Experience in attracting, managing and retaining clients;
• Focus and orientation towards achieving results and meeting objectives;
• Initiative, autonomy and negotiation skills;
• Good communication and empathy skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and acquiring new markets and new clients;
• Developing strategies to optimize results;
• Monitoring and managing the client portfolio, ensuring their loyalty;
• Client analysis;
• Other activities inherent to the function (does not include recruitment).
