Recruitment and Selection Technician
Requirements:
- Academic background in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related fiel;
- Minimum previous experience of 1 year in Recruitment and Selection, preferably in the IT area;
- Knowledge and experience in managing the main sources of talent attraction (Linkedin, job sites...);
- Good oral and written communication skills and interpersonal relationships;
- Critical thinking, organization and autonomy at work;
- Identify and attract talent through different sources of recruitment (digital platforms, social networks, job fairs, among others);
- Manage and monitor the entire recruitment cycle, from profiling to the final proposal;
- Participation in job fairs and Bootcamps;
- Conduct curriculum screening and competency interviews, ensuring alignment with the needs of the company and key customers;
- Keep the internal database updated with candidates from different areas;
- Participate in and support the definition and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes;
- Support the integration of new employees, promoting a positive experience from the first day of work;
- Other tasks inherent to the function.
