Introduction
As is known by thousands of salesforce customers and users, the evolution of the platform's ecosystem and functionality is permanent. The new spring release is less than 4 weeks away from being available to all salesforce customers. As usual the introduction of new features adds constant value to implementations that use the platform in various areas of the business. This release will also provide a wide set of features in pardot’s marketing automation component, where we highlight some of them:
Advanced form customization in landing pages builder
The winter release had already pointed the way, that was started in previous releases with the introduction of email builder for creating emails with a drag & drop interface and use of central image CMS, with the introduction of landing page creation capability using Builder as well. In the coming spring release, additional customization of the forms added to the landing pages in this builder will be possible:
Redirect unpublished landing pages
If in the current release, when unpublishing a landing page, any evocation of that page will be redirected by the pardot to the website defined in the general settings of the company. With the new release you can define which url to use by pardot for redirecting when the page is no longer published. In this way administrators can anticipate a specific and central location for handling visits to old pages in a much more elegant way.
New layouts available for landing page Builder
Additional layouts are now available that speed up and facilitate the construction of landing pages by less technical users:
Breadcrums are also available to facilitate access to the various elements present in the landing page.
Conclusion
Once again salesforce introduces features that improve usability and bring value to customers, and marketing automation component isn't left behind!
