With Einstein GPT, customers can connect this data to OpenAI's advanced AI models out of the box, or choose your own external model and use natural language prompts directly within Salesforce CRM to generate content that continually adapts to customer information and needs in real time.
Einstein GPT can generate, for example, personalized emails for salespeople to send to customers, generate specific answers for customer service professionals to respond to customer questions faster, generate targeted content for marketers to increase campaign response rates and generate supporting code for the development team.
