Introduction

Salesforce's Spring '23 version is there! This new release includes a wide range of new features and will be available to all users from February 13, 2023.

 

Account Discovery

Account Discovery is a dashboard built on CRM Analytics and accessible directly from the account list view. This feature uses Einstein Discovery's AI capabilities to provide health scoring and growth potential for Accounts to help identify the level of risk and potential of accounts.

 

WhatsApp Business Messaging

Direct integration — Salesforce and WhatsApp have announced a new strategic partnership that allows Salesforce customers to connect with their customers and create new messaging experiences on WhatsApp.

 

Salesforce Contact Center

Insights & Scheduling — Salesforce Contact Center now includes Einstein Conversation Insights and Shift Scheduling, enabling contact center managers to associate the right agents with the right channels at the right time and integrate those agents quickly with the right training and knowledge.

 

Quick setup of promotions

Loyalty Management users can now save time and resources with a simple setup experience by reusing frequently used promotions. Loyalty program managers will now have at their disposal a predefined set of eligibility criteria, rewards and rules that can be set up with just a few clicks.

 

Automotive Cloud Intelligence

Automotive organizations now have pre-defined KPIs and dashboards, seamlessly embedded in the desktop, all within the Automotive Cloud. Using AI capabilities, these organizations can now focus on segment leadership strategy, inventory and vehicle sales, vehicle and parts sales forecast, and more.

 

Service process automation

Financial services companies can now easily implement automatic processes for requesting common services. In addition, they can quickly create a process with simple tools (low code usage, or even without code) or select a predefined process template and make API calls to systems outside Salesforce.
